It looks like Thursday was my last day of skiing this year. Thursday was as good as Wednesday was. It was nice finally having a winter with snow.

Today was my first bike ride of the year. I finally got a chance to take my Vitus 979 out for a spin. I need to replace the rear hub. Yesterday I bought the cones and bearings to rebuild the hub. When I put it together today, I noticed that there are a couple small pits in the cups. I really wanted to start riding again, so I just put the original parts back in. I hope to find a deal on a hub soon. Other than the bad rear hub, the bike feels really good. I'm looking forward to putting lots of miles on my 979.
