The International Air Cadet Exchange (IACE) is an annual exchange trip among countries with programs similar to the Civil Air Patrol. Around 17 countries participate most years. This activity lasts three weeks. Around 70 American cadets are selected to participate each year. Minimum requirements for cadets to apply include earning the Amelia Earhart Award (grade of Captain).

I went on IACE-Canada (Quebec) in 1998 and IACE-Australia in 2001. I had a really great time!
